Andrew J. Niese has been a practicing attorney in good standing within the State of Ohio since May 2003. In 1999, he graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with a double major in Criminology and Political Science. He went on to attend the University of Toledo College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2002. From 2003 until May of 2008, he practiced law in the Northwest Ohio region, handling a wide range of legal matters including criminal law, probate law, estate planning, juvenile law, contract law, business formation and management, as well as all aspects of domestic relations and real estate transactions. These experiences required extensive legal research, writing, and trial preparation, in addition to client counseling and negotiation.
